Warren Buffett's Investment Success Secrets

Warren Buffett is one of the world's most successful investors,
businessman & philanthropist.

He is often called the "Oracle of Omaha" or the "Sage of Omaha".

What is his investment success secrets?
If you do read his company annual reports, there is no secret about
his investment principles.
If you do read his company annual reports, you can clearly identify
his investment principles.

Today, we want to outline his secrets/principles of investing in a
very easily understandable language for you.

Here are the Top 4 unchanged principles he has continued to use
till today:

1. Think of buying stocks/shares as buying a portion interests in
whole business.
"I buy businesses, not stocks, businesses I would be willing to own
forever." by Warren Buffett 1998

2. Create a very focus portfolio (which consists of very few great
businesses in the portfolio)
"I can't be involved in 50 or 75 things. That's a Noah's Ark way of
investing-you end up with a zoo. I like to put meaningful amounts
of money in a few things."  by Warren Buffett 1987

3. Invest in only what you can understand.
"All we want is to be in business that we understand, run by people
whom we like, and priced attractively relative to their future
prospect"  by Warren Buffet 1994

4. Always buy at a share price which is lower than the company's
intrinsic value per share.
"Great investment opportunities come around when excellent
companies are surrounded by unusual circumstances that cause the
stock to be misappraised" by Warren Buffet 1988
