Wealth Planning & Management
Wealth Distribution
Wealth Distribution is considered the final piece of the wealth jigsaw. People who are at this stage are either very successful in the financial and wealth life, they have to properly plan the distribution after their death. Yes we mean after death.
It is the proper distribution of assets and wealth to the ones they want their wealth to go to. Improper planning can result in dis-contentment among beneficiaries. Even at times when wealth is properly distributed, you will find occasional dis-contentment and law suits. Therefore it is even more important that this be the most important exercise of your life before you leave this earth.
Some of the issues that needed to be discuss would be a Wills, Trusts for some parties, Succession planning for businesses, Possibly some agreements that needs to be arranged and signed, the proper manufacturing of assets to take care of death taxes such as estate duties. In some countries like Singapore, estate duties are no longer a concern, but in most there still are. So we need to take note of that.
