Wealth Healthiness
Wealth Healthiness is an exercise to check the financial and wealth health of an individual. People may wonder why is it so important to check an individual's financial and wealth health. The reason is because 70% of individuals fall into the debt trap without realising that they are over leveraging or over borrowing. Before they realised it, it is already too late.
Wealth Healthiness helps you to keep in check so that you do not fall further into debts.
There is an old cliche that says, "we are asset rich but cash poor". This means that we purchase assets which are not easily converted to cash when we need the cash most. Wealth Healthiness helps you to keep in check these things that we don't realised somehow that we may acquire loads of assets, but when the time to convert these assets to cash, we may not be able to do so.
Wealth Healthiness is always the first exercise we adopt from The Wheel of Wealth concept.
